We see that a lot depend on the education system and its ability to stimulate the thinking capacities of the children. This is where multi layered system is important. Impetus is given to talents and various skills and abilities. It is has been found that not every child develops at the same rate. Hence there should be a balance given to the entire process. The various levels of education which are presently in place have been designed with this in mind. The growth of the child will be in tandem with the amount of information which is given to it.
